- Electronic filing began May 1 in the Western District appeals court. Attorneys are required to use it.
- The 16th Circuit Judicial Commission is seeking applicants for the circuit judge vacancy in Kansas City created by the appointment of Judge Brian C. Wimes to the federal district court. Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 25.
- The governor on April 26 appointed St. Louis lawyer John D. (Jack) Warner Jr. for the circuit judge vacancy created by the appointment of Judge John Ross as a federal judge.
- The 22nd Judicial Circuit Commission is seeking applicants for the circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis created by the elevation of Judge Angela T. Quigless to the Missouri Court of Appeals. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, May 18.
- The Appellate Judicial Commission is seeking applicants to fill the vacancy created by the impending retirement of Judge Kenneth M. Romines this August. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, May 11.
